Most items are ready-to-ship and will be sent out within three business days, however for made-to-order or special order items the time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Shipping times will vary based on ship-to location, however, most orders will arrive 5-7 business days after shipping. I cannot guarantee shipping times. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method, processor and location. All orders are shipped via USPS. Please check your shipping address at checkout. This is the address your package will be sent to and cannot be changed after it is sent.If you have an issue receiving your order or with your tracking, please contact the shipping carrier. After your order is shipped, I cannot help or be responsible for carrier handling of your order.

Returns: I do not accept returns unless your items are damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please reach out to me within 14 business days. After 14 business days returns will not be honored. Returns must be shipped within 30 days of delivery as shown by the shipping carrier. Exchanges: While I do not accept returns, I want you to love your item, so if you are in anyway unsatisfied, please reach out! I will honor exchanges on in-stock shop items of the same price within 14 days. Exchanges must be shipped within 30 days of delivery as shown by the shipping carrier. Buyer is responsible for exchange shipping fees.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and new item shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Do you take custom orders? Yes! I would love to design something for you! Wedding parties, gifts, mother/daughter sets are just a few ideas for custom orders. I'm also happy to take custom requests for styles/colors/etc. Just message me in my Etsy shop or reach out via email to hello@flourishartco.org. *Please note costs for custom orders may vary from normal shop prices. Bulk discounts are available. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

— Polymer clay is a durable medium, however, to keep your earrings in good condition, please remove before showering, swimming, sleeping and exercising. — To avoid scratching, store in a safe area away from other metal jewelry. — Slightly flexible and lightweight, these earrings should not shatter, but will break or bend irreparably if enough force is applied to the clay art, as well as other beading, hardware, etc. — Clean using a soft cloth or q-tip with rubbing alcohol. If tarnishing occurs over time on jewelry hardware, clean with q-tip and jewelry cleaner or jewelry cloth.

Made of polymer clay, these earrings are ultra lightweight and unique. Each pair are handmade and differ slightly, making them one of a kind. All jewelry hardware is sterling silver or 18k gold plated or stainless steel, nickel free and hypoallergenic. Each pair include one set of butterfly push backs and one pair of silicone push backs. *Please note: These earrings are handmade of polymer clay and may vary slightly in color, texture, pattern and shape from those pictured. This makes each pair unique and one of a kind! No two pairs are the same.
